The WY-03C is a budget 110W switching supply that stands upright in the cabinet. It feeds a game board's +5V, +12V and -5V rails, and two LEDs tell you at a glance whether the 5V line is healthy.
The LED check
Green means the +5V rail is within +5V~5.3V. Red means it has drifted outside that range. That's often the first thing to check when a board resets or acts up.
